Contractors quote after seeing the roof, not from a postcode, so where in Perris you are affects who turns up rather than what you are told.
Close behind that: the autumn offshore winds, which find anything already loose. These winds are not constant, which is the problem. A roof gets nine quiet months and then one night at fifty miles an hour, and whatever was marginal goes.

Questions
How much deposit is normal?
A third at most, and never the full amount. Pay the balance when the job is finished and you have walked it. Some states cap the deposit by law.
Do you cover the whole Riverside County area?
We match across Perris and the neighbouring communities in Riverside County. Put the ZIP of the property in and it will route to whoever actually covers it.
Are you a roofing company?
No. Sentinel Roof Works — Perris is a free matching service. We do not hold a roofing licence, we do not employ crews, and we never come to your house. We pass your request to independent local contractors who do the work and who you hire directly.
